Choosing an exhibition stand can sometimes be a compromise between cost and quality however it needn't be a compromise between having a flexible exhibition stand that you can use wherever you may be exhibiting or having a great looking stand which will only fit a certain shape and will be useless a year later. A truly flexible stand should be one that you can use for a wide range of different sized stands and can use indoors and outdoors and with or without a shell scheme. You will ideally want to have a stand that you don't have to completely bin when your company's details or offers change. Luckily there are a good choice of stands designed to have many parts reused and which at the same time are modular or adjustable so they can fit many spaces, often they can be used outside as well: though this may be partly down to the printing you choose. You can even get great exhibition stand displays that are light weight, made from aluminium often, and easy to assemble and with all of these benefits look sleek and professional still.
Pop-up display systems are one option, for a start you can change all or some of the panels to reflect your latest details or your new season deals. Many pop up displays can be angled around hinges to sit on different stand spaces and you don't need a shell scheme but can put it against a shell scheme if needed while still having plenty of space. There are also roller banners and tension banners which you can get with a very small footprint so they take up the minimum amount of your stand area but can be used without a shell scheme still.
Some roller banner or tension banner systems are also designed to be modular or adjustable, or both. This means you can have displays at different heights and widths and fit together the number of display banners you need based on the size of your stand. Roll-up banner displays and tension banner displays are extraordinarily easy to setup as well and are usually made from high quality aluminium so they will last and be fine outdoors as well as indoors. You can also get specific outdoors banner stands however, if you are expecting to be in a breezy spot, which will make sure nothing blows away. The great thing with these banner stands is that you can buy reusable stands so you only have to buy a new banner when you change your campaign or offers.
Although some of the most impressive stands at a trade-fair are custom-made they may still be adjustable and many that look like impressive custom made stands are in fact modular systems that can have panels and sections added or taken away to give a configuration that fits a stand's size and aspect. They may be a little bit more work to put together than a pop up display or roller banner display but these modular exhibition display systems are still designed to be put together without having to get in a stand builder for every show you turn up at.
